A Hazleton man has been arrested for holding a woman against her will.
The Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office says their deputies were called to the 200 block of East Benton Street in Hazleton for a disturbance last Tuesday afternoon. While conducting an investigation, they learned a domestic dispute had taken place off and on over the previous three days in which a woman suffered minor injuries and was held against her will in the bedroom of an apartment for a short period of time.
Two children were present and witnessed part of the assault.
28-year old Darrick Shawn Eubanks II was taken into custody. Eubanks has been charged with Domestic Abuse Assault, Child Endangerment and False Imprisonment.
